This commission is for personal use (not commercial use). This commission (also referred to as "the commission", "your commission" or "work") will not be used in any way for profit - including but not limited to reselling in any form (merchandise, NFT, etc). This commission will not be used for promotion on a profitable / monetized social media channel (YouTube, Twitch, etc). If you'd like to use your commission on a monetized social media channel please consider a commercial commission which can be arranged with me directly via email at [email protected] or through Twitter (X) direct message.

You may not remove my signature from any commissioned work.

You may not change or edit the completed commission without permission.

This commission, as well as all my work, is not allowed to be used for AI training of any kind.

I retain the copyright to my work. This includes the right to post (or not post) the work on all my social media channels. This also includes the right to recreate and sell commissioned work in any form I see fit except in cases where the work contains a character that belongs to the client, in which case I will ask permission and honor the client's wishes.

Printing the work for personal use (not to sell) is allowed and I can facilitate high quality poster printing for you if you'd like (for a fee) - but you must let me know that you'd like a physical print during the consultation process so I can ensure the image size and color are suitable.

I reserve the right to refuse to accept any commission for any reason.

I use chromatic aberration, blur, and noise filters in my work by default, if you are sensitive to these things please tell me somewhere in the commission request form or communicate those sensitivities to me directly - I’m more than happy to accommodate any requests like this.

Commissions are first come, first served. I will complete commissions in the order I receive payment for them. If there is a very complex commission ahead of yours it may take a little longer to complete - I appreciate your patience.

Please allow me 2 months to complete your commission (though, generally it takes less time).

If you have a deadline for the commission, please tell me somewhere in the form or communicate that to me directly. I may not be able to accommodate very tight deadlines, but I'll do everything I can to comply.

I will not begin working on your commission until payment is received (see Payment for further details).

I primarily use the commission form and personal dms/emails to communicate about your commission. If there is important information you want me to know about your character or your commission please put it in the commission form or communicate it to me directly. I do my best to look at all links provided in regard to a commission, however I might miss information that is buried in a website like toy house or deviantart.

I will draw any canon or original character.

I will draw almost anything SFW (furry, mecha, anime, etc), as long as there is a reference.

I will draw pin up style or "sexy" posing.

I will draw fight scenes and complex posing.

I won't draw lewd actions or hardcore NSFW. This includes any overt and obvious sex acts.

I won't draw genitalia or full nudity.

I won't draw anything I deem to be a hardcore fetish.

I won't draw characters kissing.

I won't draw extreme gore (blood is okay, just no guts spilling everywhere, etc).

I won't draw anything that I deem to be hateful.

I won't draw photorealism.

I won't design a character from scratch for you - you must provide visual reference of any OCs (this includes colors).

Payment will be made in US dollars only.

I can accept payment via PayPal invoice or WISE transfer. Please don't try to pay me before you receive an invoice or money request from me.

No refunds are allowed, except in the case that I'm unable to finish your commission.

Once an invoice or money request has been sent, payment will be made within 7 days. If you aren't able to pay within 7 days I may choose to release your commission slot to another commissioner.

Payment plans are available for commissions over $100.

Each payment plan will be different depending on the total price of the commission, however the basic terms are as follows - minimum monthly payments of $60 or more with a maximum term of 6 months to complete payment.

Your completed commission will only be delivered after the payment plan has been paid in full.

Payment plans will be discussed on an individual basis. I reserve the right to refuse to grant a payment plan, particularly if you are a first time commissioner.

Fill out my commission form (if the form isn’t open, I’m not accepting commissions at that time, thank you for understanding) and provide your contact information, a detailed description of your commission, as well as any reference images. Visual references are REQUIRED for all original characters (OCs) or original settings/clothing and references are greatly encouraged for character posing. I may request additional references as I make your commission if needed. Please refrain from sending AI generated reference images.

I will contact you to discuss your commission further (if needed) and also finalize a price and payment method.

Once the price and payment are decided I will send a PayPal invoice or a money request on WISE, depending on your preferred payment method. The payment must be received within 7 days of receiving the invoice/request or I may refuse your commission.

After payment is received I will begin your commission.

I will send you a sketch for approval. Please make all big edits at this time - changes to things like posing, facial expressions, background elements, etc. Making big changes after this stage will likely result in a fee.

After sketch approval I will complete the line art and flat colors and send the commission again for approval. Color edits are allowed at this stage, but you are encouraged to keep in mind the colors will change when lighting and shading are added.

After the line art and flat colors are approved I will complete the shading and lighting for your commission. This is the final stage - I will send a screenshot or JPEG for approval.

Two (2) small edits are allowed after the final stage is completed. If there are any larger edits (a request to change the line art for example) or if there are more than 2 edits you will be charged a fee dependent upon the time required to complete the edit(s). The price will be agreed upon and paid before the edit is completed.

Once you give final approval I will send the full sized file as a PNG via email or google drive link.

For personal commissions, I will not send PSD/PNG files with separate layers. This option is available for commercial commissions - please discuss with me if that's something you'd like to know more about.

I keep files for a minimum of 3 months, however due to storage constraints I may have to delete your commission file after that time so please keep your file in a safe place.

If my commission request form is open then I'm accepting commissions. If the form isn't accepting responses, then I'm not accepting commissions.

I typically open commissions at least once a month, sometimes twice a month, so if you missed the most recent opening, don't worry! I'll be accepting slots again soon.

Yes! I'm currently most active on twitter and bluesky. I usually make a few announcements on both of those social media sites about a week before slots become available announcing the time and date that my commission request form will open.

No, unfortunately I don't have a waiting list at the moment.

I understand that this is a problem and if you contact me via social media or email around the time my commissions are scheduled to open I'll do my best to work with you.

If you live in the United States, I can facilitate high quality poster sized printing for you for a fee. However, I'm not able to facilitate printing for the Hazbin Hotel trading card style commissions. If you'd like to print the card yourself I've heard that Vograce offers card printing, and the examples I've seen look quite good! If you know you want to print your card please tell me and I'll make sure the card is on a transparent background.

Please don't do this. I understand reference images are difficult to find, but AI generated reference images are ultimately not very helpful and do a lot of harm to artists. If you absolutely can't find any other reference images or if I accept your request before realizing the images are AI generated then I will use them as reference, but I'd prefer not to.

I mainly use Procreate and occasionally use Photoshop and very rarely use Clip Studio Paint EX. For hardware I use a 2019 iPad Pro, a 2023 Mac book Pro and an XP-PEN 22 (2nd Gen) tablet.

I do not use generative AI myself and am very against the use of generative AI in all fields. However, I have used AI generated images as reference in such cases where a client sends me AI reference images and I didn't realize they were AI soon enough. I would really like to avoid using them though, so please don't send them if you can help it.
